She discovered the pilates method in 2007, while training as a competitive tennis player. She received a full tennis scholarship to Savannah College of Art and Design, and is a 4x National Scholar Athlete and Academic All-American. She holds a B.F.A in Graphic Design.
In May 2020 she completed her 600 hour classical pilates certification thru Integrated Fitness Classical Pilates Studio in Pennington, NJ, and is currently working with clients in Geneva and Lausanne, Switzerland as well as virtual sessions. She is certified to teach all levels of the pilates method and has specifically worked with dancers, professional athletes, postpartum women, clients recovering from injuries, and trains clients at the beginner, intermediate, and advanced level.
The pilates method was designed by Joseph Pilates to develop muscular strength, balance, and flexibility. Joseph Pilates termed the word, Contrology meaning "Complete coordination of the body, mind, and spirit."

All you need for class is a mat and your computer or smart phone device. Most importantly, don't forget to bring your positive energy!
