Lagree class is a full body 50 min. strength and endurance workout on the Lagree machine. Challenge your muscles by moving slow. Classes are All-Levels. Modifications are available.
Have access to (1) Lagree mega pro and (8) Lagree mini pro machines in Geneva. (2) Lagree mico machines in the Lausanne studio.
Erica is available for private Lagree lessons at KYSKO Stand Geneva and KYSKO Lausanne.
Pilates strengthens deep core muscles, spine stabilizers, and the pelvic floor, improving posture, balance, and overall body control. It also enhances flexibility, movement efficiency, and injury prevention.
Join Erica's collective classes at KYSKO Stand Geneva and KYSKO Lausanne! Pilates class is a full body 50 min. Pilates practice using the Bon Pilates professional equipment. Have access to (9) Bon Pilates reformers and (9) Bon Pilates chairs in the collective studio in Geneva. The second room in Geneva is a fully equipped private Pilates space, including the Pilates (1) Cadillac, (1) ladder barrel, (1) chair, and (1) reformer. In the Lausanne studio, have access to the large open space including: (10) Bon Pilates reformer + tower combination machines.
If you are new to reformer Pilates collective classes register for Beginner or All-Levels. For an intermediate workout try Intermediate reformer, Abs and Booty, Jumpboard, and Tower class.

The Lagree Fitness Summit took place at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas from March 1st to 3rd, 2024. Each morning classes were held on the micro machine taught by the founder and creator of the Lagree method Sebastien Lagree and by Lagree Senior Master Trainer Heather Perren. Followed by lectures and discussions from notable members of the Lagree industry.

Erica teaches Pilates, GYROKINESIS®, and Lagree in Lausanne and Geneva, Switzerland. Expert in equipment. Speaks English, French, and Dutch.
Erica discovered the Pilates method in 2007, while training as a competitive tennis player. She received a full tennis scholarship to Savannah College of Art and Design and is a 4x National Scholar Athlete and Academic All-American. In 2008, she completed her Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design. After completing her degree, Erica successfully worked for publishing houses and architecture and consulting firms as a Graphic Designer and Photographer. In May 2020 she completed her 600 hour classical Pilates certification thru Integrated Fitness Classical Pilates Studio in Pennington, NJ. She is certified to teach all levels of the Pilates method (beginner, intermediate, and advanced). Specific client topics include dancers, tennis players, and elite athletes. As well as pregnant, postpartum women, clients recovering from injuries and surgeries, scoliosis, working professionals, and adolescences.
Erica stays up to date as a Pilates practitioner by regularly completing continuing education courses. She is active in the Swiss Pilates community.
In 2024, she completed the level 1 Lagree teacher certification. In 2025, she completed the GYROKINESIS® foundation course.
The Pilates method was designed by Joseph Pilates to develop muscular strength, balance, and flexibility. Joseph Pilates termed the word, Contrology meaning "Complete coordination of the body, mind, and spirit." Pilates is practiced in a group or private class using the mat and/or Pilates equipment.
Lagree method is a high-intensity, low impact full body muscular endurance workout based on body building techniques using the Lagree machine.
The Gyrokinesis Method is a movement method that addresses the entire body, opening energy pathways, stimulating the nervous system, increasing range of motion and creating functional strength through rhythmic, flowing movement sequences. It is an original and unique method which coordinates movement, breath and mental focus.
The Gyrokinesis Method is practiced in group or private classes with a qualified Gyrokinesis Trainer using a chair and/or mat.
Join a virtual class by Erica. All you need for class is a mat and your computer or smart phone device. Most importantly, don't forget to bring your positive energy!
