Join a strength workout on the Lagree machine at KYSKO GENEVA! Lagree class is a full body 50 min. strength workout based on body building techniques. Challenge your muscles by moving slow. Classes are open level. Modifications are available.
Geneva
Join a 50 min. Pilates group class on the reformer! Also, you will have access to the Pilates chair and accessories. If you have never used the machine and/or new to Pilates register for newbie. For an intermediate workout try flow, abs and booty, and jumbpoard.
Lausanne and Geneva
The Lagree Fitness Summit took place at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas from March 1st to 3rd, 2024. Each morning classes were held on the micro machine taught by the founder and creator of the Lagree method Sebastien Lagree and by Lagree Senior Master Trainer Heather Perren. Followed by lectures and discussions from notable members of the Lagree industry.

Erica is a Pilates teacher and Lagree instructor teaching in Lausanne and Geneva, Switzerland. Expert in Pilates, including mat, reformer, the cadillac, chairs, and accessories. She teaches the Lagree method on the megareformer and minipro. Speaks English, French, and Dutch.
She discovered the pilates method in 2007, while training as a competitive tennis player. She received a full tennis scholarship to Savannah College of Art and Design and is a 4x National Scholar Athlete and Academic All-American. She holds a B.F.A in Graphic Design. In May 2020 she completed her 600 hour classical Pilates certification thru Integrated Fitness Classical Pilates Studio in Pennington, NJ, and is currently working with clients in Geneva and Lausanne, Switzerland as well as virtual sessions. She is certified to teach all levels of the Pilates method (beginner, intermediate, and advanced). Specific client topics include: dancers, professional athletes, pregnant, postpartum women, clients recovering from injuries and surgeries, working professionals, and adolescences.
The pilates method was designed by Joseph Pilates to develop muscular strength, balance, and flexibility. Joseph Pilates termed the word, Contrology meaning "Complete coordination of the body, mind, and spirit."
Lagree method is a high-intensity, low impact full body muscular endurance workout based on body building techniques. Erica teaches group Lagree class on the Lagree minipro machine and private lessons on the Lagree megareformer machine at KYSKO Geneva.
All you need for class is a mat and your computer or smart phone device. Most importantly, don't forget to bring your positive energy!
